At Soul Wellness Studio, we strive to provide high-quality wellness services and a supportive experience for all clients. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below
Class and Session Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class/session are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If Soul Wellness Studio cancels a class or session, guests will receive a full refund or credit to their account.
All memberships are part of a 12-month commitment and are billed monthly on the first of each month. Monthly memberships are non-refundable. Early termination is not permitted except in cases of relocation (20+ miles), medical necessity, or other exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management. To avoid renewal after 12 months, a cancellation notice must be provided in email to soulwellnessstudio717@gmail.com at least 30 days before the final billing cycle.
Failure to attend a class or session without prior cancellation is considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. Please reach out to us directly at soulwellnessstudio717@gmail.com to discuss concerns. We will review special requests on a case-by-case basis.
Retail Purchases
Unused merchandise in original condition may be returned within 7 days for studio credit only.
